Yes — that is the core of what we do. You can send electrical materials, kitchen equipment and safety gear on the same list; we find a separate manufacturer for each item, consolidate them into one shipment and deliver under a single invoice and a single customs declaration.

Excel, PDF, a photograph or plain email — all work. Item name, quantity and brand or model if you have it is enough. A technical drawing or a photo of an old invoice works too; we will ask about anything that is missing.

Yes. Our customer base includes embassies, international contracting firms, power plants, hotels and airlines. The documentation these buyers require — certificate of origin, conformity certificates, detailed packing lists — is part of our standard process.

We do. From the cooking line to the dishwashing area, from the cold room to serviceware and disposable tableware, we supply the whole kitchen from one list. You do not need to produce an equipment schedule; telling us the daily cover capacity of the kitchen is enough.

You can request the manufacturer calibration certificate with the instrument. If you need an accredited laboratory certificate we coordinate that too. We settle which accuracy class you need at quotation stage, because an instrument of the wrong class is useless to you however well it is priced.

Yes. For programmes such as Nigeria SONCAP, Kenya PVoC, Saudi Arabia SABER/SASO and UAE ESMA we handle registration and applications ourselves. We run the process in parallel with production so goods never wait at port for a certificate, and we build it into the quoted lead time.

We do. Our order history contains single spare parts as well as consumable items in the tens of thousands. On small requests the freight share per item rises, so unit cost goes up — you will see this stated plainly in the quote.

We do. For items where colour, texture and material quality have to be seen — ceramics, fabric, paint, floor coverings — sample approval is a standard step. Sample and courier costs are shown separately in the quote.

We do. We price groupage, container and truckload options by road, sea and air; customs clearance and document handling are ours. If you prefer to use your own freight forwarder we hand the goods over ready at the warehouse.

The origin of every item is stated clearly in the quote. This is not only transparency but money: preferential documents such as A.TR and EUR.1 can only be issued for goods of eligible origin, and third-country goods carry no customs advantage for the buyer. Without knowing origin you cannot calculate true landed cost.
