1. Site owner

Soysal International’s incorporation is in progress. The registered company name, MERSİS and tax details will be added to this page as soon as registration is complete. Until then, the data controller can be reached through the contact channels below.

2. Information here is not a binding offer

The category pages, descriptions, images and market information on this site are for presentation purposes and do not constitute a binding offer; they are an invitation to treat. The presence of a product in our catalogue does not mean it can be supplied at any time or in any quantity.

The only binding document is the written quote we send you in response to your request, stating price, quantity, origin, lead time and delivery terms explicitly. No prices are published on the site.

3. Images and category information

The photographs on category and subcategory pages are representative stock images used to show what kind of products a category covers. They do not depict a particular brand or model, nor the specific product we would supply.

4. Compliance, certification and customs information

The compliance and certification notes on the market pages (SONCAP, PVoC, SABER, SASO, ESMA, A.TR, EUR.1 and similar) are for general information. These regimes vary by country, by product and over time.

They are not legal, financial or customs advice and should not be relied upon on their own. The requirements applicable to a specific shipment are confirmed at the quoting stage, on the basis of the relevant country’s legislation and a customs broker’s opinion.

5. Export controls and sanctions

By sending a request you confirm that it does not breach applicable export control, embargo or sanctions rules. We decline, without being obliged to give reasons, any request we find to involve a military or dual-use item, or a product or counterparty appearing on a sanctions list.

6. Using the quote form

• You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and current and that, if you are submitting on someone else’s behalf, you are authorised to do so.
• You may upload files only in the permitted formats (xlsx, xls, csv, pdf, png, jpg, webp, heic) and up to 4 MB. Malware, files containing scripts, and content infringing the rights of third parties may not be uploaded.
• Using the form with automated tools, in bulk, or in a way that disrupts the service is prohibited.
• Submitting the form creates no acceptance or commitment on our side. We may choose not to respond to a request.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, page layouts, logo and brand elements on this site belong to Soysal International and may not be used, copied or adapted without permission. The category photographs are used under royalty-free stock licences permitting commercial use; that licence does not give you the right to take these images from the site and use them elsewhere.

8. Prohibited use

• Crawling the site with automated tools, scraping its content in bulk, or compiling it into a database
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, attempting unauthorised access, or generating load that disrupts the service
• Republishing site content in an altered, misleading form, or creating the impression of an association with the company

If you discover a security vulnerability, we ask that you report it to us rather than exploit it.

9. Limitation of liability

We take care to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date at all times. Nor do we guarantee uninterrupted availability; maintenance, technical faults or provider outages may occur.

We are not liable for indirect losses arising from decisions taken in reliance on information on the site. This limitation does not cover liability arising from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any case where the law does not permit limitation.

10. Third-party links

The site may link to or embed third-party content, such as a map service. The relevant provider is responsible for the privacy practices and accuracy of that content.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the site are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices. This clause does not set aside the protective provisions of consumer legislation where they apply.

The commercial relationship itself (orders, shipment, payment) is governed by the separately signed contract and by the conditions stated in the quote; this page governs use of the website only.

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with its effective date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
